The Sin of Man
This follows the holiness of God, because without a revelation of the holiness of God, you will never have a clear revelation of your own sin. You must see God clearly before you can see yourself clearly. If you do not see God clearly, you will constantly assess your own level of sin based on comparisons with others. This is a worthless endeavor because it will yield either self-righteousness or self-condemnation, neither of which bring you closer to God.
